1. Getting Started
Polaris HighSchool gives your school real-time access to student academic data that students already track in the Polaris Student app — grades, study habits, test scores, college plans, and more. Zero new data entry required.
Key benefit: Data like study hours, self-reported goals, career interests, and college applications is impossible to get from any other school platform. It only exists inside Polaris.
2. Registering Your School
- Go to the Polaris HighSchool portal.
- Click "Register Your School".
- Enter your school name, your name, title (Principal, Counselor, etc.), and email.
- Create a password and click "Create School Account".
- Validate your email and sign in.
You start on the Starter plan (free, up to 50 students, 2 admin seats).
3. Inviting Students
Single Invite Code
- Go to Student Roster.
- Click "Generate Invite Code".
- Share the 6-character code with a student.
- Student enters it in their Polaris Student app → Settings → My School.
Bulk Invite Code
- Choose "Bulk" code type.
- Set max uses (e.g., 200 for your whole student body).
- Share the code via email, announcement, or QR poster.
CSV Import
Upload a CSV with columns: email, first_name, last_name, grade_level, student_number. Students with existing Polaris accounts are auto-matched.
Privacy: Students control which modules they share. Default is all-on, but they can toggle off grades, tests, colleges, etc. at any time.
